Powerhouse's Women Only Fitness
These 6 week sessions are for women only and are designed and taught by our female coaches to meet your fitness needs! Each class will motivate and push you to get in the best shape of your life. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey, starting back up after some time off, or looking to take your body to that next level, these sessions are for you.
Classes will consist of a variation of body weight exercises, high intensity interval training, cardio exercises, as well as boxing and kickboxing bag work. Our coaches get to know you, help you modify workouts and exercises to continuously challenge you based off your current fitness level.
Each session is 6 weeks long with 3 classes per week.

Thursday: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am-9:30am
